    Tour Plan

Day 1 Masai Mara – Into the Savannah

Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up in Nairobi, heading towards the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, stop at the iconic Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to marvel at the dramatic escarpments and panoramic vistas. Continue through Narok, a bustling town that serves as the gateway to the Mara. Arrive at your lodge just in time for a delicious lunch. Settle into your accommodations, relax with a refreshing cocktail by the swimming pool, or dip your toes in it before embarking on your afternoon game drive. Explore the Mara’s golden savannahs and riverine forests, encountering a kingly pride of lions atop a rock looking over their dominion, herds of noble elephants whose majestic stride clears paths through the wilderness, and aggravating vultures refuse to let any animals have a meal in peace. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for a hearty dinner.

Day 2 Masai Mara – Wildlife Galore

Rise early to take part in an optional hot air balloon safari, soaring above the vast Mara plains as the sunrise bathes the savannah in golden light. Spend the rest of the day on thrilling game drives, exploring the reserve’s diverse ecosystems. Look out for the famed Big Five, and other iconic wild animals such as sleek cheetahs sprinting across the plains, and chuckling hyenas lovingly raising their young. If visiting during the migration season, witness the awe-inspiring Great Migration as wildebeests and zebras traverse the land, always on the lookout for the predators that shadow them the entirety of the way. In the afternoon, consider visiting a Maasai village to learn about their vibrant traditions and unique lifestyle. Return to the lodge when twilight hits for a sumptuous dinner. Reflect on the day’s adventures while gazing at the star-studded African sky, or relax in the comfort of your snug room as the sounds of the wild serenade you into the night.

Day 3 Lake Nakuru – A Scenic Transition

Enjoy breakfast in the Mara before beginning your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive takes you through rolling hills and scenic landscapes, offering a chance to soak in Kenya’s natural beauty. Arrive at your lodge by midday for a well-deserved lunch and some relaxation before your lake excursion. Walk the beautiful campgrounds or admire the stunning lake views from the balcony of your intimate room. In the afternoon, head out on a game drive through the park. Witness the breathtaking tableau of a powerful rhino strolling gracefully. You can also find high-spirited baboons amongst the trees and probably even an ever-elusive leopard lying in ambush, waiting for a nearby antelope to wander into range. As the day draws to a close, return for a delectable dinner and an evening of soaking in the restful ambience of the lodge, whether it may be at the bar, the lounge, or in the intimacy of your accommodation.

Day 4 Lake Naivasha – Tranquillity by the Water

After breakfast, depart for the peaceful waters of Lake Naivasha, a jewel of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at your lakeside lodge in time for lunch. Wander the lush gardens inhabited by resident herbivores or have a refreshing swim in the pool if the heat is a little much for you. In the afternoon, embark on a tranquil boat ride across Lake Naivasha. Watch as a pod of hippos lounges in the shallows, their grunts and splashes filling the air. Nearby, a pair of African fish eagles perch high on an acacia tree, their piercing cries echoing across the water. On the banks, waterbucks graze quietly, their elegant forms adding a sense of calm to the lively scene. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for your last delightful dinner. Relax in the lounge by the fireplace with your favourite drink before retiring for the night.

Day 5 Memories to Last a Lifetime

Savour your final breakfast in the peaceful surroundings of Lake Naivasha before starting your journey back to Nairobi. Reflect on the incredible experiences of the past days as you drive through the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in the city by early afternoon, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your 5-day safari adventure. Carry with you memories of Kenya’s stunning landscapes and remarkable wildlife, and come back to us soon so that we can take you on yet another phenomenal safari adventure.
